We're back. And we brought 8 great Porsches.
This week: Caymans, 996s, Targas, Limited Editions and more

If you were wondering where Pepitaโs been, I had to press pause for a few weeks as I was moving houses.
With my life in boxes, it was hard to think about anything else.
But now that the move is (mostly) done, I was happy to finally check again what affordable used Porsches are out there waiting.
Iโm glad to report that we got 8 very interesting finds to discuss this week.
Onwards!

This Weekโs Pepitas
๐ This always-garaged 2009 987.2 Cayman. Manual, only 3 owners, only 71,000 miles, and only asking $24,900 (worth closer to $30K). La crรจme de la crรจme.
๐ This 2006 Boxster with low miles, in an uncommon Carmona Red Metallic, with Lobster Claw alloy wheels, and overall looking mint.
๐ This unique Boxster Limited Edition, the more powerful S variant this time. Looks well kept, well optioned, and at $24,795 isn't asking the moon for its rare orange looks. Check out a deeper dive on these in this past issue.
๐ This 2014 981 Boxster with very low miles (46K), a long list of pros, and one con. Read the detailed description by the seller to know what happened. It sounds sensible to me. Asking $24K, but given all the factors, you could try to negotiate a lower price if it doesn't move in a few weeks.
๐ This neat 2001 996 for $27,000. It has a decent list of recent maintenance, but no IMS addressed, and parts of the description are a bit vague. It presents well but I'd recommend a thorough PPI before committing.
๐ This stunning red 997 Targa 4S, with manual transmission. Lots of recent maintenance. At $44,000, and with over 100K miles, it sits at an interesting price point. Similar cars sell for more on Cars & Bids, but I also found this other red Targa with way fewer miles for $39K sold on PCarMarket. You'll have to weigh the comps to arrive at your number. Maybe $40K? What would you offer?
๐ Or consider this classy 2006 997, with maintenance and detailing done recently. Automatic transmission, under 100K miles, and asking a low $33,500.
๐ And finally to wrap it up, I couldn't skip this clean 996.2 with such unique interior details. At $34,000 it sits on the higher end of the 996 price range, but has low miles and it may be exactly the look you're after.
Out There
I love to be surprised by listings, and this one did it for me this week.
The seller is a missionary who is departing the US soon to spread the Lord's word, so he must leave his Porsche behind (a sentence I never thought I would write).
My favorite part is the video of himself pitching the sale.
He indeed has the gift of speech.
